Ok - YES I am blogging about High School Musical.  Basically it is cheesy, but honestly when was High School this much fun? ANSWER: NEVER! Plus it is teaching kids to love singing and dancing and that you don't have to be a jock to be cool.  Enough with the Secret Life of the American Teenager and 90210 - High School is not about back-stabbing ad sleeping with your best friend's boyfriend.  I love Gossip Girl as next as the much person but this is so much better.  HS is about having fun with friends - prom, sporting events, graduation - IT'S FUN STUFF! I don't tend to miss high school but this made me ache for the good ol' days of RHS.  PLUS TROY AND CHAD ARE SO GOOD LOOKING AND TALENTED DANCERS! Don't we make an adorable couple? Hahaha. 

Family Matters : D

Can I just say that I have THE BEST FAMILY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD? I don't even know what I did to deserve them.  Earlier this month my parents and my siblings came to Utah for General Conference.  Top Five reasons i LOVE when my mom comes to town - 5.) She always takes me to Cafe Rio for a salad, which we share.  Is there anything better? 4.) TJ Max; we always go.  She always buys me some cute new clothes even though I often don't need them.  3.) My apartment is always clean.  I clean before she comes because I am afraid of what she will say and then she usually ends up cleaning it herself. It doesn't matter how clean it is or how much I tell her not to, she does it anyways.  2.) It gives me a chance to get away from Provo and see my family 1.) Girls Nights - SO MUCH FUN! We had an amazing time and I was so so sad to see them go.  I love my daddy more than anything in the world and miss having Jace and Lindsey are a part of my everyday life . 

On Monday I went to the annual Harmer Family Halloween Party to represent the Christensen Familia.  I happen to have the gosh darn cutest little cousins in the history of - EVER! They all looked so good in their costumes.  We played Bingo and went on a Scavenger Hunt.  We had all the yummy pizza we could eat.  It was so nice to get the family together.  I hadn't seen them for a while.  My aunts are some of my greatest role models.  I don't know how I would survive without them here to take care of me and spoil me.  Theyhave such busy lives with their kids 

and are some of the best mothers i know.  They work hard and serve others and are just great.  I love you! 

Today my Grandma Marilyn, who has always been one of my favorite people, and Sara and Abbey came down and took me to dinner and the movies.  I used to wish for the day that I could go to BYU and live in Utah so I could see my grandma and cousins all I wanted.  I loved catching up with them and "Secret Life of Bees" was AMAZING! Thanks to my family for always taking care of me and spoiling me.  I LOVE YOU! I miss Pa and Granny Jean but I get so excited when I get a phone call or a letter from them.  Anyone who says they have the best family ever needs to meet these people.  They blow all other families out of the water and I wouldn't want any family but them, even if Brad and Angie 

wanted to adopt me.  I would say no.  Having these people in my life beats traveling the world and being a multi-millionaire anyday.  

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RY!

Riley Scott is my older brother and today is his 22nd birthday.  I love you Ry and i hope you have a great day.  I am so glad you are in our family.  Here are some of the reasons that Riley is the best...

1.) He is SO funny.  Seriously.  HILARIOUS! He always makes our family laugh and he makes everyone around him feel comfortable.  It was a long two years while he was preachin' in V-Town.  

2.) He is a wiz at the Piano.  When i think about this it is actually one of the reasons i hate him because i practiced much harder and he is so much better; however, i will forgive him as long as he comes to my house and plays my piano every now and then.  

3.) Riley is extremely smart.  It was hard to live up to his perfect GPA in HS. One of the reasons i got into BYU was our competitive nature with each other when it comes to gra

des.  He is just naturally smart. 

4.) Being the family Gidget (Girl + Midget) i am personally happy that Riley is not a giant like our younger sibs are.  I still say Ry and me could take Hace Son (lil' bro Jace) and Babe (lil' sis Lindsey) any day. 

5.) Riley always comes over or text me several times a week to see how life is going.  He's so thoughtful that way....

6.) Unlike Jace and Lindsey, Riley actually talks to me and texts me back and lets me know whats going on in his life.  Its called having a conversation, something the younger children in the family are unfamiliar with : D

7.) Riley feeds me excellent ammo and has the best childhood stories of all the Michael Christensen kids - From the Ariel Potty pants and the Ninja Turtle Potty Training Story t0 Block & LuLu and Clogging to his Riverdancin' happy feet.  Riley made the best home videos. HE IS SO ENTERTAINING. 

8.) He is so fun.  He likes to do things.  He is crazy and cool like that.  

Brown Paper Packages Tied Up With Strings...

Once upon a time my Psych. 111 teacher gave my class the assignment of making a collage of all the things we like and putting it on the wall in our room. We were suppose to look at it everyday when we woke up and evaluate how it made us feel and if it had a positive effect on our life.  I found that silly old collage from last year the other day and it really got me thinking about all the awesome things in this world that really make me smile.  Today was a beautiful fall day.  The sun was shining, the sky was blue, and i got out of my Statistics class early.  I thought that i would take this  opportune moment to blog about a few of my favorite things on the planet, seeing as I am in high spirits.  Here are some of the best creations ever.  PERIOD. THE END.  Look at the pictures.  I dare you not to smile.  When you are finished i give you my full permission to sing the song - YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO...
