...THE LATEST & THE GREATEST

ALRIGHT PEOPLE! Sorry that i have not blogged for a while.  Things have been CRAZY! School is good.  I like my classes.  This should not be the most taxing semester ever.  I LOVE my English 312: Persuasive writing class. It feels good to write.  I miss writing! Here is the month of January at a glance....

NEW PRESIDENT! - Ok, so i fought hard for the other side, but i am giving Obama a chance.  Who knows? He may be just what America needs right now.  I hope he proves me wrong and does amazing things.  I will miss the Bush family dearly.  Granted, President  Bush said some stupid things - but he really did protect us through 9/11 and he is a very good, god fearing man.  He lead us for eight years and he deserves our respect.  I LOVE LAURA BUSH and her emphasis and Children and literature. THEY ARE A CLASS ACT.  Thanks guys, for your selfless service to our country. I hope you have a wonderful, peaceful life back in Texas.

Marci's Birthday! YAY MARCI IS 20! I love it when my friends all join the over 20 Club.  It makes me feel better about myself and not so much like an old spinster, since i am the oldest one of the group.  Marci is fantastic and her party was a blast!! LOVE YA GIRL

JAYMIE'S WEDDING! - Jaymie and Blaine finally tied the knot! It was so much fun to see all of my WA family.  I love them so much and am glad that i was able to hang out with them, even it if was only for a day. I MISS YOU GUYS! I hope to make it home and see you soon.

NEW ROOMMATES! Ok so Ashley got engaged and moved home to plan her big wedding. Good luck to her! She will make a beautiful bride.  While we miss her and Liz in Virginia 1, we are happy to have two new friends living with us.  Becky and Bri both just earned their Associates Degree from BYU-I and just moved to Provo. They are working as Nursing assistants and are adorable girls.  I love having them around and am excited to get to know them better.

We had a wonderful New Years Party out at the Allred House.  It was awesome, as usual.  I just love those little Allred Childre! - and the big Allred Children too OF COURSE.  It was fun to see everyone.  WE always seem to play the most fun games out there.  We even had a sweet dance party.  OH SO FUN! Look at those cute girlies cuttin' a rug.
For Christmas I got Wicked tickets. I saw the show on January 2.  I LOVED IT! This story just speaks to my soul on every level an makes me smile.  I feel such a kinship with both of these witches, especially little miss Glinda the Good.  Not to mention it is clever and witty as heck - BRILLIANT and the music is awesome. GO SEE IT! It is going to Salt Lake...HINT TO MOM! I think Lindsey wants to take me to Wicked for her birthday.  TRUE STORY ; D

That's all for now Folks. UNTIL NEXT TIME! XOXO
